THE DRILLS NEWS:

YO PEEPS! We're currently gearing up for the Viper Room and we're going to jam a never played before/never heard before song down your throats and yer gonna love it. (A little bold?) A song true to the DRILLS style of ROCK with a dash of clever lyricism, a pinch of guitar shred and headbobbing hookiness. We love the sound in the Viper Room too so we're it's going to kick ass.

We apologize to anyone who went to the World Wide Tattoo Tour on Sunday to see us ROCK a stadium but we cancelled due to miscommunication with the coordinators. See you at the Viper and if you give me an amazing reason why THE DRILLS should come and play at your house, we will.

ROCK the F(U)CKING HUT, BABY

A belated "Thank You" to everyone who showed up at Club Statik. Man, we totally kicked ass that night and it was all buzzing around the whole room. We're gearing up for this saturday at the Gig on Melrose in Hollywood and baby, we're bringing a Gilligan's Island style typhoon to ROCK your asses.

We got added to internet radio www.pulserated.com in the UK and they currently have "Beautiful Apartment" on medium to high rotation so you can check that out and vote to keep us up there if you feel so inclined to spread the love. Lots of other lovely things going on too so we'll keep you updated as it all pours in.

Keep your stick on the ice, the ROCK in your pants and have a kick ass day. wooooooooooooooooooooo

WE ARE BACK! We're bringin'the ROCK to the Dragonfly in Hollywood this Saturday Dec. 3 at midnight. It's a FREE SHOW and we'll be kickin' it, baby. And yet another drummer will be beatin' the f(u)ck out of some drums for your amusement as we unleash DOGBOY... this guy is totally insane on the kit.

In the news...I went to Amsterdam with The Tommy Lee Band to play 3 TV shows in 1 day. It involved a 45 minute flight from Holland to Cologne,Germany in a teeny, weeny 8 passenger jet with our guitars practically on our laps and Tommy trying to get the pilot to do a barrel roll. Rolling Stone Magazine reviewed "Tommyland: The Ride", giving it a 'C' but naming the key track "Tired" which is the song i wrote. That's f(u)cking cool.

If you're in the mood for a good ASS-ROCKING and want to hear the original Drills version of "Tired", we'll see you at the Dragonfly on Saturday Night. woooooooooooooo

No list, no doe re me, just getting your ass ROCKED by 3 freaks. We have our good friend Randy Cooke playing goalie (drums) and he's a monster so we're GOOD 2 GO!!!

Tommy Lee's new record is coming out this August complete with THE DRILLS's song "Tired" (a crazy T-Lee version) slammed on that f*cker. Tommy will be performing 3 songs from that cd on AOL Sessions on Monday the 18th to be aired at a later date and yours truly will be playing guitar and singing background vocals. I'll post the date as soon as I know.

In the meantime, join us at Plush on Friday, kick ass everyday and spread the word, Big Bird

Welcome Drills Fans! We're playing the Viper Room this Saturday May 21 at 11:00. You really really really want to catch this show because our beloved knucklehead drummer, Jeremy (J-bo) Spencer, is leaving the band after this one to explore more metalesque endeavors. You haven't lived until you've seen this guy play drums so do your best to make it. By the way, he's gay. Just kidding. We love him, wish him well and thank him for his incomparable contribution to the band while making us laugh
